Washington, D.C. — U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz (FL-01) responded to the Supreme Court of the United States’ ruling overturning the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove Donald J. Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot. Gaetz stated, "Activist judges in Colorado and other liberal states believe that the American People should not have the right to vote for the presidential candidate of their choice." He also highlighted the significance of the Supreme Court's decision, saying, "This morning, the Supreme Court unanimously rejected their attempt to stop Donald J. Trump from running for President! This is a major win against the attempts of election interference by lawfare against Republicans."
